Different Strokes
In reuniting with my family, I’ve realized many changers in us all. Changes are a fact of life. Mom has lost half her weight. My grandma has lost her mind. But most importantly is the bond my brother and I once shared. We’ve lost it. We’re from completely different worlds now and have little to discuss… It saddens me.
I’m now MMO RPG.
He’s MMO 1st person shooter.
We’re just too different. We can’t go back to where we were…. *sings memories*

Ha. I actually wrote a blog a few days ago about change, people changing, relationships changing.

sometimes it is easier to have a long distance relationship with family rather than to live near each other. my sister and I were so close when we lived 1200 miles apart and I had no clue her day to day living………… I am sorry for you and your brother.. have a good day sweetie, I love you

I’m with your brother (CounterStrike, Combat Arms, Halo, Star Wars: Battlefront). My son, on the other hand, is with you (WoW, Frozen Throne, Diablo, Spore . . . you know. All the gay ones.)
Yes you can, if you really want it and try hard enough. You can’t be who you were but you can regain that love and closeness. Yes, I’ve been there…and yes, I know.
@SwordAndSacrifice - BWAHAHAHA! You’re probably the only one who’s really caught my joke! Even mom had to call and ask me what the hell an “Emmo RipGa?” was. In actuality, we do have less to talk about these days, but we’re at different stages in our lives. The love is still there.
And Diablo was NOT gay. (although I’m curious about Spore…)
@iknowHimdou - Hi! =) Everything is good here. I’ve been offered FOUR jobs within the past two days. Now, it’s up to God to help me sort through the best one for my family and I. (Keep the prayers coming!) I can get you a job in Texas too. I have kitties and brownies! Just kidding. But seriously.

You know what? I got my early ballot in last week. I immediately thought of you. I’ve been staring at that piece of paper. Staring at it, I tell you!
And…not moving to Texas, but maybe after the holidays, a road trip would be in order. My niece is moving to the Dallas area in January.
But kitties and brownies are very tempting!
My world is busy here, have I mentioned that I hate my Anatomy and Physiology class? It’s very difficult and the professor just makes it worse.
*Sigh*
